TMZ broke the news on Tuesday and shared the former reality star’s mugshot.
According to the outlet, Kevin was arrested on multiple counts of sexual misconduct in Orange County, FL.
He’s been accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 16 or 17-year-old child.
Meanwhile, the dancer is also facing charges of “solicitation of a minor and of lewd and lascivious conduct.”
According to the arrest warrant, the Dance Moms alum allegedly abused two underage dance students in 2020.

One of the alleged victims has accused him of engaging in oral sex, while he allegedly exchanged nude photos with the other.
According to the arrest documents obtained by TMZ, Kevin met the alleged victims at the Orlando dance studio Peaches Dance and Music.
The students claimed Kevin took them under his wing as he taught them in private lessons.
One of the girls claimed to the police that things escalated when they started talking more, while they eventually began to communicate through Snapchat.
The girl claimed Kevin persuaded her to go to his apartment and perform oral sex on him, which she alleged happened twice.

The other alleged victim claimed that things never got physical between her and the dance teacher, though she claimed he convinced her to send him nude photos.
Additionally, she claimed that Kevin got on top of her on his bed while they were both wearing clothes.
Both of the alleged victims told police they were afraid of Kevin and claimed he would become visibly angry and verbally abusive when they refused his demands.
Kevin was booked and processed Friday, while he entered not guilty pleas.
He previously appeared on the Lifetime reality show Dance Moms, where he appeared as a guest dancer at the Abby Lee Miller Dance Company.
