Teen Mom Maci Bookout threatens to go ‘crazy’ on ex Ryan Edwards’ parents Jen and Larry after accusing them of lying
MACI Bookout has threatened to go “crazy Maci” on ex Ryan Edwards’ parents after accusing the two of lying.
Larry and Jen Edwards had asked their grandson Bentley to attend his brother’s birthday party and see his troubled dad, and fans saw the 12-year-old agree to go after being told that the party would take place at his grandparents home.
But later in the episode on Tuesday, Maci told her husband Taylor that she had received a text from Jen that read: “I got my parties mixed up. The party on the 9th is at Ryan’s and Macks, Sunday 11th is for the people who don’t want to film.”
A furious Maci told Taylor: “She told me on the phone [it was at her house], she told Bentley on the phone, I don’t think she got mixed up at all.”
“He made it very clear to Jen and Larry he didn’t want to be around his dad and Mackenzie,” added Taylor, as Maci revealed how this would put her son in a tough spot.
“He was willing to do it for his brother’s birthday, in the most safe environment if he had to be around them, but can he really enjoy it in a physical place that gives him anxiety?” asked Maci.

“This is a lose lose situation. Now he has agreed to go. He is going to feel he can’t back out, that is going back on something he said he will do and he doesn’t like it when people do that to him.
“I wish I had less self control so I could lose my damn mind and go crazy Maci.”
Bentley’s relationship with his father has become strained because of Ryan’s addiction issues.
Ryan has had a long battle with substance abuse and was last in rehab in 2018.
Earlier this month, The Sun exclusively revealed that he has been sued for “recklessly” causing a car crash, and the “suffering victim” is demanding $290,000.
Despite the complaints coming from Ryan and his parents that Maci has been keeping Bentley away from them, she assured fans the decision has been Bentley’s alone.
This season has seen Bentley begin seeing a therapist to help with their relationship.
She disclosed to MTV producers: “I couldn’t tell you the last time the words ‘I want to see my dad’ came out of his mouth.

“He definitely wants to still see his brothers and sister, but we spoke with Jen and Larry with Bentley. He told them he doesn’t want to see his dad anymore until he goes to therapy.”
Ryan is also dad to Jagger, 2, Stella, 1, and stepson Hudson, who is wife Mackenzie’s child from a previous marriage.
As well as Bentley, Maci shares daughter, Jayde, 5, and son, Maverick, 4, with her husband Taylor McKinney.
