Stephen Bear appears to break lockdown rules with family game night after claiming ‘rules don’t apply to him’

Stephen Bear shared a video of a family game night, which seemed to suggest that he broke lockdown rules.

The reality star has reportedly moved back in with his parents amid an investigation into allegations that he filmed himself having sex with ex Georgia Harrison and shared the footage without her consent online. 

In a video shared to his YouTube channel as part of the series Life of Bear, the 31-year-old played a game of cards while sitting around the table with family members.

There appeared to be 12 people in the house, including Bear, his parents Stephen Snr, 69, and mum Linda, 66, and a number of children.

During the game, other adults in the house could be seen dancing in the living room while music played.

The Ex On The Beach star captioned the video: ‘The game we are playing is called ‘chase the Ace’ google how to play. Really fun game with the family.’

Viewers suggested in the comments that Bear was breaking lockdown rules with the family gathering.

Under current rules, it is against the law to meet socially with family or friends unless they are part of your household or support bubble.

There are exceptions for childcare bubbles and support bubbles. 

You can form a support bubble with another household if you live alone, have a child under the age of one or are a single adult living with children under the age of 18, and can link up with one other household to form a childcare bubble if there are under 14s in your home; however, you must not meet socially with your childcare bubble. 

People in England can be fined £200 for leaving their homes without a reasonable excuse and can be hit with fines for not self-isolating when they are ordered to (£1,000) and for attending or organising gatherings (up to £10,000).

One person commented: ‘Why do you think the rules don’t apply to you?’, while another wrote: ‘Cheers mate. People desperate to see their families and your just going ahead and doing what the hell you want. Again. You and every single person sat round that table, dancing like div’s are so selfish.’

This comes after Bear claimed that pandemic rules did ‘not apply’ to him, after he flouted isolation guidelines upon his return from Dubai.

Travellers from Dubai were required to isolate for 10 days after landing in the UK after the UAE was taken off the exemption list, but following his return, Bear was papped at Marks & Spencer, and filmed himself driving around east London.

At the time, he joked to The Sun: ‘I am God. Rules do not apply to me. I have super human powers and I am part of the Illuminati.’

Bear was released on bail last month after being arrested at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of disclosing private sexual images or film without consent with intent to cause distress, voyeurism, harassment and obstructing a police officer.

He claimed to have been charged with four crimes, including harassment and voyeurism, but Essex Police confirmed to Metro.co.uk that no formal charge has been made in relation with the investigation.

Late last year, Bear’s ex Georgia Harrison claimed that the reality star showed people a tape he had recorded without her knowledge, alleging that she had seen a screen recording of the footage and was left feeling ‘hurt and violated’. 

Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Bear refuted the claims.

A rep for Bear declined to comment.
