Halle Berry drinks wine naked in bed as she prepares to star in Netflix thriller The Mothership
Halle Berry was clearly in the mood to celebrate as she shared a snap of herself drinking wine in bed, after news of her latest film project was announced.
The Hollywood star took to social media on Wednesday to mark hump day as she shared a snap of her holding up a glass of white wine while lying naked underneath her sheets.
Halle, 54, simply captioned the snap: ‘There’s no wine-ing under these sheets… #winewednesday’.
The post came just as it was revealed that the Catwoman actress has signed on to star in and executive produce Netflix thriller, The Mothership.
The Oscar-winner will play the lead role of Sara Morse in the sci-fi adventure which takes place one year after Sara’s husband mysteriously vanished from their rural farm.
When she discovers a strange, extraterrestrial object underneath their home, Sara and her kids embark on a race to find their husband, father, and most importantly – the truth.
Written by Oscar-nominated Bridge of Spies screenwriter Matthew Charman, he will also be making his feature directorial debut with the project.
It isn’t the only Netflix flick Halle Berry is set to work on after the streaming service picked up the rights to her directorial debut, Bruised.
The flick is a mixed martial arts drama which premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival.
Halle is also starring Roland Emmerich’s upcoming space drama Moonfall as well. No wonder she’s taking time to celebrate in style.
