Bryan Cranston reveals the truly iconic Walter White memorabilia he pinched from Breaking Bad set

Bryan Cranston has revealed the truly iconic mementos he pinched from the set of Breaking Bad.

The 64-year-old starred as terminally ill teach turned crystal meth dealer Walter White for five seasons from 2008 to 2013, returning to reprise the role for 2019’s Breaking Bad movie. 

It was no doubt the part which put Cranston on a totally different stratosphere, so understandably he was going to keep a part of Walter with him for life.

Appearing on tonight’s The Graham Norton Show, he digs out the signature items from Walter’s limited wardrobe.  

Asked about Breaking Bad, and whether he took any memorabilia from the show, Bryan pulls out Walter’s porkpie hat and trademark sunglasses. 

‘I managed to nick these!’ he grins to Graham and tonight’s guests – Line of Duty’s Vicky McLure and Adrian Dunbar, Daisy Ridley and Chiwetel Ejiofor. 

Next for Cranston, however, he’s back on the small screen on Sky Atlantic’s TV drama, Your Honor playing a New Orleans judge who covers up his son’s crime. 

‘It‘s the worst nightmare of any parent for something to happen to your child and this really gets under the skin of everybody. It’s a wild ride,’ he says. 

‘I just didn’t think there was enough anxiety in our society today, so I’m giving you more.’
