All Points East festival has confirmed that it will be returning this summer over the August bank holiday weekend.

Last year, festival season was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic and the government enforcing restrictions prohibiting live events and large crowds.

We saw the likes of Glastonbury, Download and Coachella forced to cancel, with All Points East also planning its planned event for 2020.

This year, however, festivals are hoping to make a comeback now the government has outlined a new roadmap which will see restrictions eased by June and large events, like festivals, given the green light to go ahead.

Festivals including Isle of Wight and Reading & Leeds have already confirmed they will be going ahead in 2021, with All Points East the latest to announce its return.

This summer, the London festival will see the likes of Jamie xx and Kano headline, as it stages a four-day event at the end of August at Victoria Park.
