Jennifer Lopez has shared a snap of her daughter Emme crying while on a video call with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

The singer took to Instagram Stories to share the emotional screengrab taken from her FaceTime conversation, which saw Emme, 13, cuddling up to her father Marc, 52.

‘When they are sad but momma and daddy are there #Coconuts,’ she wrote. ‘I Love You!! So Proud of You… (sic)’

Jennifer, 51, split from Marc in 2011 after seven years of marriage, with the pair filing for divorce in April 2012. Alongside Emme, they also share her twin brother Max.

It comes after it was reported that Jennifer and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez are still very much together, despite speculation they had ended their engagement.

The couple, who first got together in 2017, were thought to have called time on their relationship, with intense speculation surrounding the reason why.

However, according to TMZ, JLo and A-Rod are still together, and are said to be ‘working through things’.

‘All the reports are inaccurate,’ the publication states they said. ‘We are working through some things.’

TMZ has also been told the ‘things’ they’re working on ‘have nothing to do with a third party’.

The showbiz world was rocked on Friday, when reports of their split emerged.

According to sources from Page Six, the couple had recently broken up, as they claimed: ‘He’s [Alex] now in Miami getting ready for baseball season, and she’s filming her movie in the Dominican Republic.

The two, who got engaged in 2019, had been photographed hugging in the Dominican Republic just last month, where the Jenny On The Block singer had been shooting for Shotgun Wedding.

The couple have been planning to tie the knot but had to push their wedding back twice due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Jennifer revealed in December: ‘We had to cancel the wedding… because of Covid, because of the quarantine. And we actually did it twice, which people don’t know.’

She added to Andy Cohen on Sirius XM that they’d even discussed not getting married at all: ‘We’ve both been married before, it’s like, do we get married? Do we not? What does it mean for us?

‘It comes down to like personal, what do you want to do? There’s definitely no rush, though.’
