Grace: Cast, time and how many episodes will there be?
There’s a new highly-anticipated crime drama arriving on our screens, with Grace airing on ITV on Sunday.
The new adaptation of the best-selling Roy Grace novels by Peter James focuses on the unorthodox detective of the same name.
The series is based on the first two books in the series – Dead Simple and Looking Good Dead.
Filmed in Brighton, the new episodes follow Roy as he uses unconventional methods to tackle a missing persons case, including contacting a clairvoyant.
The first episode sees him investigate a stag night gone badly wrong, looking into the events that saw a groom disappear three days before his wedding.

Who is in the Grace cast?
John Simm leads the cast as DS Roy Grace, who is a ‘hard-working police officer who has given his life to the job’.
Roy’s life was upturned following the death of his wife, which led to him pursuing more unorthodox methods in his work. He is assigned to desk duty before taking on the missing persons case at the heart of the first episode.
John is known for his roles in Life on Mars, Collateral, and cult 90s film Human Traffic.
He is joined by Richie Campbell, who plays DS Glenn Branson. The high-achieving police officer is the former protégée of Roy, but takes issue with his methods. Richie is known for his performances in Top Boy, Small Axe and Liar.
Elsewhere, Noughts + Crosses Rakie Ayola plays ACC Alison Vosper, while A Discovery of Witches and Harry Potter actor Adrian Rawlins plays medium Harry Frame.
How many episodes of Grace are there?
The series consists of two two-hour episodes. The second episode will air later in 2021, although a release date has yet to be announced.
When does Grace air?
The first episode of Grace airs on Sunday, March 14 at 8pm on ITV.
