The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: Disney Plus ramps up excitement for release with final trailer

Marvel Studios and Disney+ have released the final trailer of the upcoming new series The Falcon And The Winter Soldier just five days ahead of its premiere and fans are buzzing.

The hotly-anticipated show is set to launch on the streaming service on Friday and follows the explosive season finale of WandaVision.

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier focuses on Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) aka Falcon and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), otherwise known as the Winter Soldier, and the story takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) passed Captain America’s shield onto Sam.

The two-minute teaser teases high drama is on the way as Sam and Bucky decide to team up – or rather, work together – when a new global threat launches them into an unexpected mission that may hit too close to home.

From car explosions to gunfire and helicopter crashes, the brand new chapter has it all, not to mention Sam and Bucky’s love/hate relationship.

‘So we’re partners?’ Bucky asks Sam at the end of the explosive clip. ‘Co-workers,’ Sam reminds him.
