Gigi Hadid accidentally posts video of baby Khai’s face as fans try to protect privacy
Gigi Hadid fans have been helping to protect baby Khai’s privacy after the model accidentally posted a video of the little one’s face on Instagram.
The star welcomed her baby daughter with singer Zayn Malik last year.
While the pair have been giving glimpses at their lives as new parents on social media, they have chosen not to show Khai’s face.
After the video was accidentally uploaded to Gigi’s Instagram Stories and quickly taken down, loyal fans have been urging others not to share any photos from it.
‘DELETE THE PICTURES OF KHAI AND DO NOT REPOST THEM. RESPECT ZAYN AND GIGI,’ one wrote on Twitter.
Another added: ‘We kindly ask you to do not re-post on any social media, or share, the video that Gigi Hadid posted on her Instagram story by mistake and quickly deleted right after. Respect Gigi’s and Khai’s privacy!’
One more urged: ‘Gigi posted a video of herself with Khai on Instagram by an accident and she deleted immediately. Please, delete the video and tell everyone who’s reposted to do the same.’
Gigi, 25, and Zayn, 28, welcomed Khai in September last year.
In January, they revealed her name, with the model simply penning in her Instagram bio: ‘Khai’s mum.’
She’s since opened up about the intense 14-hour labour she experienced, telling Vogue: ‘I had to dig deep. I knew it was going to be the craziest pain in my life, but you have to surrender to it and be like, “This is what it is”. I loved that.
‘‘There definitely was a point where I was like, I wonder what it would be like with an epidural, how it would be different. My midwife looked at me and was like, “You’re doing it. No one can help you. You’re past the point of the epidural anyway, so you’d be pushing exactly the same way in a hospital bed.”‘
Gigi claimed she had no clue Khai had come out, stating: ‘It didn’t even click that she was out. I was so exhausted, and I looked up and he’s holding her. It was so cute.’
