A herniated disc is when a soft cushion of tissue between the bones in your spine pushes out of place. Symptoms of a slipped disc include lower back pain, neck pain, and difficulty bending your back.
The mom of three, who didn’t say how she injured herself, shared a picture of herself recovering in a neck brace.
She also posted a snap of herself in the hospital with a bandage on her neck and a photo of her X-rays, one of which shows the two titanium discs.
Days before, the Knocked Up star, 42, revealed her injury with fans and thanked her husband Josh Kelley for helping her get through the tough time.
