Ozzy Osbourne has been spotted heading out of his LA home amid allegations against his wife Sharon.

The Black Sabbath rocker was seen donning his signature sunglasses and chatting away as he sat in the passenger seat of a car.

Dressed in black, the 72-year-old, who married his wife in 1982, looked cool and collected as he left his home.

Sharon has faced controversy and racism allegations after shooting down Sheryl Underwood, her co-host on The Talk, after Piers Morgan’s exit from Good Morning Britain.

After clashing with Sheryl, Sharon got increasingly emotional on the show, and demanded of her co-host: ‘I will ask you again Sheryl, I’ve been asking you during the break and I’m asking you again, and don’t try and cry ‘cause if anyone should be crying it should be me.

‘Educate me. Tell me when you have heard him say racist things.’

A calm Sheryl then explained: ‘It is not the exact words of racism, it’s the implication and the reaction to it.

‘To not want to address that because she is a Black woman, and to try to dismiss it or to make it seem less than what it is that’s what makes it racist. But right now, I’m talking to a woman I believe is my friend and I don’t want anybody here to watch this and think we are attacking you for being racist.’

Sharon, who had previously pledged support for Piers on Twitter, faced backlash after the heated exchange, with many pointing out that it’s not Sheryl’s job to ‘educate’ Sharon on racism.

The former X Factor judge later apologised to the Black community, who she says she has ‘deep respect and love’ for.

‘To anyone of colour that I offended and/or to anyone that feels confused or let down by what I said, I am truly sorry,’ she said.

‘I panicked, felt blindsided, got defensive & allowed my fear & horror of being accused of being racist take over. There are very few things that hurt my heart more than racism so to feel associated with that spun me fast! I am not perfect, I am still learning like the rest of us & will continue to learn, listen and do better.’

The scenes sparked an internal investigation, and the CBS show has gone on a hiatus.

Sharon has also denied further allegations of racism and homphobia levelled against her.

US journalist Yashar Ali accused Sharon of making racist comments about a former The Talk co-presenter, Julie Chen, who is Chinese-American, and cited multiple unnamed sources, as well as another former The Talk co-host, Leah Remini.

The report further cites unnamed sources who claimed that Sharon also referred to former co-host and executive producer of the programme Sara Gilbert, who is lesbian, as ‘p***y licker’ and ‘fish eater.’

Howard Bragman, Sharon’s representative, has denied the claims, branding them ‘lies’.

He said in a statement via PA News Agency: ‘The only thing worse than a disgruntled former employee is a disgruntled former talk show host.

‘For 11 years Sharon has been kind, collegial and friendly with her hosts as evidenced by throwing them parties, inviting them to her home in the UK and other gestures of kindness too many to name.

‘Sharon is disappointed but unfazed and hardly surprised by the lies, the recasting of history and the bitterness coming out at this moment. She will survive this, as she always has and her heart will remain open and good, because she refuses to let others take her down. She thanks her family, friends and fans for standing by her and knowing her true nature.’
