The Circle stars hit with brutal double blocking as Tally twist comes to a head
The Circle stars had a rollercoaster time on tonight’s episode – with two contestants brutally blocked.
The instalment followed on from yesterday’s ratings drama, with influencers Andy and ‘Syed’, aka Hashu, deliberating on who to send home.
They eventually settled on blocking father-daughter duo Jamie and Millie— who were catfishing everyone as ‘Penny’.
It was up to Andy to confirm their decision, telling the Circlers: ‘Hi guys, Syed and I have thought long and hard about this, it’s always gonna be tough to make a call like this for any of us but we are both agreed on the outcome.
‘We’ve based our decision on who we thought was a catfish. At this stage of the game, it feels like the only way to make a fair judgement.
‘We came to the conclusion because despite us having chats with this person, it became very difficult to glean any information beyond the surface level conversation.’
With that, Andy announced that ‘Penny’ would be packing her bags – with Jamie and Millie then choosing to visit ‘Syed’.
They were shocked to be greeted by yet another catfish, with Hashu apologising for sending them home.
But this wasn’t the only drama of the episode as the Tally clone twist came to a head, with the contestants having to pick who they thought the original Tally was.
In a tense vote-off, Billy and Vithun decided to block Blue Tally (aka OG Tally), while ‘Gemma’, Andy, Manrika and ‘Syed’ chose to send Orange Tally (Yolanda) packing.
Yolanda was instantly given her marching orders for the second time – after she was initially blocked after catfishing as husband Chris.
But not before she paid a visit to the poor person she had been impersonating for the last few days…
Could Yolanda/Chris/OrangeTally return again at some point in the future or will that be too confusing for us all?
The Circle continues on Sunday, at 10pm, on Channel 4.
