What happened at the end of Line Of Duty season 5?
The last series focused initially on the character of DS John Corbett, played by Stephen Graham.

However, he met a sticky end after being double crossed by OCG member Lisa McQueen (Rochenda Sandall). We also later his murderer Ryan Pilkington enrol as a police officer, suggesting that he could have a bigger role to play in series five.
Following John Corbett’s death, the focus switched to Ted Hastings (Adrian Dunbar), with Patricia Carmichael (Anna Maxwell Martin) grilling him on his links to Corbett.
Hastings was suspended from duty, but his name was then cleared after it was discovered that lawyer Gill Biggeloe was trying to frame him.
Viewers also learned that there were four police officers working with the OCG, rather than the one they first assumed. Dot revealed the information using morse code just before his death.
