Katie Price has remained seriously coy over those pregnancy rumours, after whipping fans up into a frenzy on Instagram.

The mum-of-five sparked speculation she is set to add to her brood with boyfriend Carl Woods last week, posting a snap as she held her stomach.

In the very cryptic caption, the 42-year-old also thanked her beau for ‘being part’ of her – with fans flocking to congratulate the couple.

During today’s instalment of Steph’s Packed Lunch, host Steph McGovern questioned her on the post, to which she replied: ‘I’ve put on weight.

‘Anyone can speculate what they like. Pictures can be deceiving in lots of different ways.’

When asked if she had deliberately intended to spark speculation with the post in question, she added: ‘It was literally a picture, and everyone was saying you’re pregnant.

‘I’m not saying I am and I’m not saying I’m not.

‘I genuinely have put on weight. I’ve put on two stone and I absolutely hate it. And I’m fed up of moaning about it, but then I say that whilst I’m eating a burger so I can’t help myself.’

So, that’s that then.

Katie has always been open about her desire to have a sixth child, and previously revealed she was trying to conceive with Carl shortly after they started dating.

She opened up about potentially adding to her family last year, telling fans in a YouTube video that she would be delighted to welcome baby number six.

‘Basically, we do want a baby and we’re not being careful…,’ she said at the time. ‘If I am, then brilliant.’

The I’m A Celebrity winner also hinted they were trying for a baby in January, sharing a photo of the pregnancy vitamins she was taking – with the caption: ‘It’s that time again’.

Steph’s Packed Lunch continues on weekdays, at 12.30pm, on Channel 4.
