Kris Jenner has shared another update on how Kim Kardashian is getting on, following her divorce from Kanye West.

Momager Kris, 65, is set to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres show on Thursday and conversation quickly turned to Kim, with Kris insisting that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, is doing ‘good’ despite her split.

She revealed that Kim is throwing herself into studying for her law exams and is ‘so focused’ on work.

Kris explained: ‘Kim’s good. She’s good. She’s really, really busy, working on all of her different projects that she’s doing.

‘I don’t know how she does it with all [my] grandbabies. She’s got a lot of energy, that kid.’

Kris said of Kim’s desire to become a lawyer: ‘She’s so focused and she’s so… she’s just passionate about the whole thing and everything she stands for. I see her studying… it’s in her schedule every single day.

‘When I get all the schedules for the kids, her study time is all blocked out so nothing else can get in the way. I’m so proud of her.’

Kim – who has been actively campaigning for prison reform and helped secure the release of former inmates – began a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm in 2018, and she’s since revealed her plans to take the bar exam in 2022 in California.

The bar exam is known for being notoriously difficult and in California, it’s possible to become a lawyer without graduating from college if you take up an apprenticeship with a practicing lawyer or judge.

Kim’s desire to become a lawyer sees her following in the footsteps of her late dad Robert Kardashian Sr, who was an attorney for OJ Simpson in his 1995 double murder trial.

Last month, it was confirmed that Kim had officially filed for divorce from rapper husband Kanye after six years of marriage.

Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s four children – daughters North, seven, and Chicago, three, and sons Psalm, five, and Saint, one.

Neither party is contesting their existing prenuptial agreement and reports claim that Kim and Kanye are ‘far along’ in reaching a property settlement agreement.

It was reported that things were amicable between the exes during their divorce proceedings, however, sources have now claimed that Kim and Kanye are ‘no longer talking’, but they’re still focused on co-parenting.

Kris, meanwhile, has teased that Kim and Kanye’s divorce could feature on the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Speaking on Australian Radio, Kris teased: ‘You might [see it]. I don’t know what they have decided on in the finale, as we haven’t even seen the first show yet.

‘I’m sure they’re putting some final touches. But I think it’s just a private time. Kim wanted to deal with this with her own family in her own time, so when she feels like it I’m sure she’ll say what she needs to say.’

Kim and Kanye married in 2014 in a lavish ceremony held in Florence, Italy.
