Kourtney Kardashian’s ex hits back at ‘gossipers’ after Khloe’s scathing ‘toxic’ tweet
Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Younes Bendjima has made a cutting dig at ‘gossipers’ shortly after Khloe Kardashian brutally described him as ‘toxic’ for her older sister.
During a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe, 36, and Kourtney, 41, reminisced about the latter’s past relationship with model Younes, 27.
Khloe asked her sister if she ever hears from Younes, referring to him as ‘what’s his name’.
After Kourtney responded that she ‘never’ speaks to him, Khloe added: ‘Do you look back and think he might have been a bit negative for you?’
She later reiterated her opinion on Younes on Twitter, stating: ‘He was sooooooo toxic and negative for Kourt. #KUWTK,’ before confirming to a fan that she was ‘talking about Y’.
Around a day later, Younes shared a message on his Instagram Story urging his 1.1m followers to only keep people in their lives who have a positive impact.
‘Do yourself a favour. Surround yourself with those who speak of visions, ideas, goals, growth. Not those who sit and gossip about others,’ he wrote.
‘And if you do find yourself in that situation, excuse yourself and walk away. The game ends when you choose to leave such a gathering.’
Is this a direct response to Khloe’s tweets? We reckon KUWTK may think so.
Reports first emerged of Khloe and Younes dating in 2016, with the couple seemingly confirming their relationship the following year, when they dressed up as Bonnie and Clyde for Halloween.
The pair supposedly broke up midway through 2018, although they’re said to have reunited for a meal in September that year.
Kourtney is currently dating Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, with the couple going public with their relationship in February 2021.
During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Travis gushed about Kourtney, saying their relationship ‘comes natural’.
‘I dated girls who didn’t have kids and I find it hard because they would have trouble understanding like, “Why don’t you want to go to dinner every night with me?” or “Why don’t you want to see me every night?”’ he said.
‘And now I’m spending time with a woman who’s a great mom, who’s a great friend and you don’t have to worry about any of those things.’
