Kendall Jenner has been granted a restraining order against a man who ‘threatened to kill her’.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star, 24, was targeted by a 24-year-old man, Malik Bowker, who reportedly travelled across the US and planned to purchase a firearm.
According to TMZ, Kendall was informed of Bowker’s plan by the Los Angeles Police Department.
In legal documents obtained by the publication, an LAPD detective told Kendall that Bowker, who had planned to shoot Kendall and then himself, is now being held in a psychiatric ward at a local hospital, but could be released soon.
That prompted Kendall to take the case to court on Monday and the model was granted a temporary restraining order against Bowker – ordering him to stay 100 yards away from Kendall at all times.
Kendall allegedly told the court the alleged threats from Bowker have heightened her anxiety and are causing her ‘severe emotional distress’, despite her home being armed with security guards at all times.
It comes after KUWTK viewers recently saw Kendall opening up about having children and revealing that she wants to have a baby soon.
She was discussing kids with her sister Khloe Kardashian, who is mum to daughter True, two, and Khloe’s BFF Malika Haqq, who welcomed her first child in March last year.
Kendall confessed: ‘Some days I am like… it started to hit me when I saw Kylie was having a baby, then one of my best friends was having a baby and she’s my age, so I’m like, “Cool.” I’m a little jealous.’
She told the camera: ‘I am the only one in my family who doesn’t have a kid.
‘During quarantine and just sitting at home, naturally, you get pretty bored and start thinking about a lot of things. Sometimes I just see Stormi, True and Chicago playing together and I’m like, “urgh,” I want kids so badly… soon too.’
Kendall’s younger sister Kylie is mum to Stormi, two, while Kim Kardashian has four children with ex Kanye West, who she filed for divorce from last month.
They share daughters North, seven, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, one.
Kourtney Kardashian, meanwhile, is mum to three children she shares with her ex-partner Scott Disick; sons Mason, 11, and Reign, six, and daughter Penelope, eight.
