Stacey Solomon delights son Rex, 1, with ‘pram rollercoaster’ in the vast garden of their new £1.2m home

STACEY Solomon delighted her toddler son Rex with a “pram rollercoaster” as they made the most out of the 2.5 acres of land at their new home.

The 31-year-old star and her family moved into the stunning £1.2 million countryside home last week, and have wasted no time in making special memories.

Stacey treated son Rex to a ‘rollercoaster buggy’ in their huge new garden

Taking to her Instagram Story at the weekend, the fun-loving mum shared a video of her pushing elated Rex, who turns two in May, around the garden in a sweet wicker buggy.

He squealed with delight as he enjoyed the game, with Stacey racing along the grass while their pet dog Theo excitedly ran beside them.

She wrote alongside the clip: “My socks! Rex loves the pram rollercoaster ride, my fitness levels don’t.”

Stacey also shared a photo of Rex beaming with joy as he sat in the toy buggy, clearly thrilled with his new home.

Shortly after posting the footage Stacey quit social media – having admitted that she’s terrified of waking up and finding out her perfect house is just a dream.

She told fans yesterday: “I think I’m in a bit of a shock/dream state. Like I keep feeling like I’m in another land.

“And any minute now I’m going to wake up and it has all been a dream.”

Over the weekend, the DIY guru wasted no time in getting stuck in with renovations in the house – just days after moving in.

She shared her first transformation photos of the project with followers, revealing the before and after of the conservatory floor – brightening up the entire look by replacing the brown tiles with airy wood-effect laminate.

Stacey also began jet-washing the grotty outdoor swimming pool, having previously confessed that the health and safety risks around it terrify her.

She has been excitedly sharing glimpses at the lavish property all week, but admitted that she was scared of looking as though she is “showing off”.

Stacey previously detailed that her new “forever home” is “further from the city and closer to their family” in Essex – and that it needs some “love and TLC”, with the star known for her clever interior makeovers.

She, fiancé Joe Swash, their baby son Rex, and Stacey’s children Zachary, 11, and eight-year-old Leighton have plenty of space to make memories at the cottage that even has its own library.
