TikTok star Rochelle Hager has died at the age of 31, it has been confirmed.

The social media influencer, also known as Roeurboat3, died on Monday in a freak accident in Farmington, Maine.

According to local newspaper Sun Journal, Hager was in her car when strong winds caused a tree branch to fall on top of the vehicle.

Farmington Police Chief Kenneth Charles said that Hager was the only person in the car and was likely killed instantly.

Charles confirmed the accident was ‘obviously the direct result of the high winds’ and that there was ‘nothing she could do to avoid it’.

Hager’s car is said to have crossed a centreline before coming to a stop in another lane, resulting in road closures. According to police, no other cars were involved.

Wind speeds reached up to 55 miles per hour in the area on Monday.
