GEMMA Collins posed in her nightie as she revealed that she goes to bed at 9pm after being left exhausted by gruelling workouts.

The 40-year-old star proudly displayed her smaller frame as she smiled for the camera before turning in for the night.

The self-proclaimed diva is stood in front of a wooden desk and large bunny nightlight for the snap, wearing a heart-patterned nightgown that she promoted in the post’s caption.

She stood with one hand on her hip, drawing attention to her trimmer waist, and had her blonde hair styled into loose curls as it tumbled over one shoulder.

Gemma admitted that she gets worn out “after training”, having upped her fitness activity in her bid to shed the pounds.

The former Towie favourite has been documenting her intense workouts on social media, posing in a crop top earlier this week after completing a 10 mile walk.

She previously said of her new way of life: “I have been posting videos of my early morning workout; I have had to change my whole lifestyle.

“I’m up at 6 now, I got to bed at 10, I don’t leave my phone near my bed, I’ve gone on a massive health overhaul.”

In addition to exercising more, Gemma has drastically reduced her food portions – showing off her tiny lunch of just salmon and cucumber earlier this month.

And this week, Gemma shared her regret at promoting controversial SkinnyJab injections in the past – insisting she was just “in a desperate place to lose weight”.
