And the notoriously private singer took to her Instagram page today to give fans a peek into how she’s getting along.
Ellie was clearly tickled by how different pregnancy looks online compared to how it actually is, and was keen to point out the truth to her followers.
The blonde beauty first of all shared an incredibly glam snap from a recent magazine shoot, which saw the expectant mum’s bump dressed in a flowing pink gown with a plunging neckline.
Ellie looks ethereal and peaceful in the dreamy photo, which isn’t quite the reality of her situation.

A second photo was much more relatable, with the star make-up free as she lay in an oversized T-Shirt.
The black and white snap saw Ellie looking unimpressed as she pouted at the camera, her hair loose and un-styled, and one arm over her head.
She is surrounded by comfortable pillows on a plush sofa, putting her feet up as she relaxed at home.
The Burn hitmaker simply captioned the post: “Instagram vs. reality

And fans were thrilled to see this different side to her, with one commenting: “I love the reality vibes!!”

Earlier this week, Ellie embraced her changing body as she admitted that she can’t stop eating sardines and Weetabix while pregnant.
