The Masked Singer US: Nicole Scherzinger drops to floor as Logan Paul unveiled as Grandpa Monster

Nicole Scherzinger dramatically dropped to the floor as Grandpa Monster was revealed to be Logan Paul on The Masked Singer US last night.

The Pussycat Dolls singer was the only judge to come close to guessing the YouTuber’s identity, incorrectly hazarding a guess at his brother Jake.

Logan removed his mask after finishing in last place following his performance to Bad Reputation by Joan Jett, leaving fellow Group B contestants Piglet, Black Swan, Chameleon and Wildcard entry Crab in the competition.

‘Oh my God, I cannot believe that!’ Nicole cried out as she collapsed in shock and frustration.

‘I was going to say Logan at the last minute,’ she added.

‘You thought I was Jake?’ Logan asked, before asking the camera to do a close up of his face.

‘I’m not Jake Paul!’ he insisted, starring down the barrel.

‘Oh my gosh, I got it all wrong, but I was close,’ Nicole continued.

When asked about his time performing underneath the elaborate guise, Logan said: ‘Singing is so scary for me and being in this costume, ironically, as restrictive as it is, you feel so free in here.

‘It was a lot of fun.’

He continued: ‘I’m going to be honest guys, I never stood a chance. What am I doing here? I’m a YouTubing, boxing, Pokemon collector.’

‘But you rose to the occasion because you used your personality,’ judge Robin Thicke commented. ‘You were hilarious.’

Jake’s reveal comes after Racoon was exposed to be Machete Kills star Danny Trejo.

Caitlyn Jenner was also revealed as the Phoenix last month, but the most incredible moment of the series so far was when Kermit The Frog was unmasked as Snail.

The Masked Singer airs on Fox in the US.
