The Circle’s Manrika Khaira claimed she ‘turned down’ an opportunity to appear on the upcoming series of Love Island.

The star has raised eyebrows over her antics on the Channel 4 show, with viewers calling out her tactical gameplaying.

Hitting back at the comments on Twitter, she insisted that no one understood her motivation for wanting to win the £100,000 prize money.

‘It’s mad that you all judge me because not a single one of you know my motivation for wanting to win so badly and not allowing ANYTHING to stand in my way,’ Manrika penned.

‘Probably still won’t shut the Karen’s up when you find out tho [sic].’

Replying to a fan who vowed they would ‘do anything’ to win the jackpot, she agreed: ‘Yeah the thing is, I’m not on this show to try and sun it up with the girls and get my f**kin tits done. People have nooooooo clue.’

‘I turned Love Island down this year,’ she added.

The Circle fans were left shocked over Manrika’s efforts to take home the prize money – leading to the star and her ‘boyfriend’ Felix (aka catfish Natalya) blocking pal Vithun on last night’s episode.

‘Ordinarily I’ll be getting rid of anybody that’s a catfish or somebody that’s a threat,’ she said.

‘Now it’s a case of blocking somebody standing in a way of me getting that money.’

Announcing their decision, she told their fellow players: ‘This has been the hardest decision yet and we honestly feel devastated, but me and Felix are agreed on this.

‘It’s been so difficult because we love you all so much.

‘We’ve had to consider so many factors, who we want to continue to get to know and many many more things. This is honestly devastating.

‘It breaks my heart to say that our decision boils down to the most important thing to both of us, loyalty and trust. If that’s broken then what do we have?

‘Therefore the player we’ve decided to block is Vithun.’

As the dust settled on another shocking blocking, Andy twigged that a game was being played, branding their decision ‘a bit sly’.

The fallout to Manrika and Felix’s choice continues tonight, and we predict things will get heated…

The Circle airs nightly from Sunday – Friday, at 10pm, on Channel 4.
