WWE has confirmed Bebe Rexha will perform America the Beautiful at WrestleMania 37.

The Meant To Be hitmaker will follow in the footsteps of the likes of Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, John Legend, Nicole Scherzinger and Fifth Harmony by singing the patriotic song on the first night of this year’s extravaganza at Raymond James Stadium.

In a statement, she said: ‘I’m excited to sing America the Beautiful at this year’s WrestleMania.

‘Being part of WWE’s biggest event of the year is an honour and I look forward to performing for fans around the world.’

Bebe will take to the stage on Saturday, April 10 to kick off the huge two-night event – and she’s not the only mainstream star confirmed for the show.

Also on night one, Grammy Award-winning musician Bad Bunny will step into the ring for his first ever WWE match as he takes on The Miz in singles action.

The star will be accompanied by rising star Damian Priest, while the A-Lister’s tag team partner John Morrison will have his back.

On the second night, YouTuber and celebrity boxer Logan Paul will be at ringside as Sami Zayn’s guest days after fans got a glimpse of the latter’s conspiracy theory documentary on SmackDown.

Zayn will face long-time rival and occasional partner Kevin Owens in the latest chapter of their storied history together in wrestling.

Meanwhile, the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Tuesday night also gets in on the action, with Star Trek legend William Shatner being honoured in the celebrity wing.

Celebrity involvement at WrestleMania is nothing new, with everyone from Snoop Dogg, Snooki and Kim Kardashian to Liberace, Mr. T and Joan Rivers all getting involve in the Show of Shows.

In terms of the in-ring action, the Saturday night will be highlighted by Drew McInyre challenging Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship, and Sasha Banks defending her Women’s Title against Bianca Belair.

The following night, ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt battles Randy Orton, while Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns has to put the gold on the line against both Daniel Bryan and Royal Rumble winner Edge.

*WrestleMania 37 airs on Saturday and Sunday (10 and 11 April) at 1am on the WWE Network.
