Nadine Coyle broke the internet after she said ‘flour’ – or rather ‘fleeourr’ – just three minutes into tonight’s final episode of Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer.

The Girls Aloud singer became a living meme after she delivered an unusual pronunciation of the raising agent in her thick Derry accent during an appearance on Sunday Brunch in 2010 and viewers had long predicted she would strike again on this evening’s charity special.

Lo and behold, Nadine gave fans exactly what they wanted and she didn’t hang about either as the show had barely begun when she said it.

As Nadine prepared to make some choux buns in the signature round, she read out the method.

‘Butter and then we do the flour,’ she said.

And just like that, the nation went into a frenzy.

‘As if #GBBO got Nadine to say ‘flouer’ 3 minutes in. Incredible memory,’ one exclaimed.

Echoing a similar sentiment, another screamed: ‘NADINE COYLE JUST SAID ‘FLOUR’ I REPEAT.’

A third added: ‘Can’t believe we’ve been blessed with Nadine Coyle saying Flour again.’

Nadine tried her best to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith in the Channel 4 tent by whipping up some culinary delights in the celebrity special.

She was joined by co-stars Anneka Rice, John Bishop and Ade Adepitan, competing for the coveted Star Baker apron.

The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer is available to stream on All 4.
