Katie Price and Carl Woods have been spotted viewing homes together in Hertfordshire after the car salesman put his home on the market to sell.

The pair were spotted walking around a house with an estate agent and peering in through windows to try and find their dream home as they plan for a child together.

Katie, 42, dressed head-to-toe in pink for the outing, with a unicorn-patterned hat to match her tracksuit as she walked around the property with Carl, 32.

The pair have been living together during lockdown at Carl’s Essex pad, which he recently put on the market for £445,000 and which appears to have sold already.

Katie is also deciding what to do with her own £2million property, dubbed the ‘mucky mansion’, which has sat empty for many months.

In her most recent YouTube video, Katie and Carl visited her property to decide what to do with the house, with Carl suggesting that Katie should have it all painted and recarpeted to help her get a fresh view of the property or potentially attract buyers.

Carl told Katie: ‘Why don’t you paint the whole house white so it’s a blank canvas? You’ll probably feel different about it then.’

The former glamour model also admitted that the home had everything the couple were looking for in a potential purchase but that she and her kids ‘hated’ the property as it is.

Katie also told her viewers that it was ‘sad’ seeing the house in such a state of disrepair as the former family home had once been lovely inside and outside but could not move back in unless it looked totally different.

She explained: ‘For me to move in the house, nothing at all could be the same. Because of my mental health, it just reminds me of situations and I don’t like it.’

Carl and Katie are currently looking to find a place of their own as the couple have been vocal about having a baby together.

Katie had teased fans with a potential pregnancy announcement after cradling her stomach in a recent photo and thanking Carl for being ‘part of her’ but has since remained tight-lipped about whether or not the snap was revealing she was expecting her sixth child.
