Dragons’ Den hopeful Kameese was overcome with emotion as she secured investment from Sara Davies in tonight’s episode and burst into tears.

The entrepreneur from Birmingham was seeking £50,000 for 30% of her business Nylah’s Naturals, which sells products for Afro hair.

Kameese had tears in her eyes as Dragons Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and Tej Lalvani all declined to strike a deal and with just Sara to go, she made one final plea.

‘I can say if I get the opportunity I will work so hard and I will prove that it is a good investment because it is, it really is,’ she vowed. ‘I just need the opportunity.’

‘In my eyes, you’ve done the really difficult bit and so I’m willing to make you an offer because I’d really like to back another mum-trepreneur,’ Sara replied, with Kameese wiping her eyes.

She added: ‘I’ll offer you all of the money for 40% of the business and I will reduce to 30% of the business if I get my money back within 18 months. That feels like a way I could make that work potentially for you and for me.’

Breathing a sigh of relief, Kameese replied: ‘Sara thank you so much for your offer. It’s a brilliant offer and I would love to accept it. Honestly, I’m going to make you proud.’

‘I need you to understand that what I’ve invested in today is you,’ Sara said.

Viewers were also left crying over the scenes.

‘Oooh that was emotional!’ wrote one. ‘So pleased she got the investment.’

Echoing a similar sentiment, another added: ‘Loved this lady and I hope she does well, brought tears to my eyes.’

We’re keeping our fingers crossed Kameese and Sara make millions together.

Dragons’ Den airs Thursdays at 8pm on BBC One.
