The Circle: Natalya’s appearance ‘predicted’ during meeting with Boris Johnson two years ago
The Circle star Natalya Platanova has been one of the most impressive players on this year’s series – and it turns out her appearance on the show was ‘predicted’ during a meeting with Boris Johnson.
Natalya is currently catfishing her fellow players by pretending to be 29-year-old paratropper named Felix, and is still in contention as the show continues in its final week.
Natalya, who is a military police officer, has now posted a throwback picture on Instagram from a ‘year before’ she filmed the show in 2020.
The picture shows Natalya meeting the Prime Minister in 2019, while the ring symbol synonymous with the Circle is seen on a screen behind them.
Weird, right?
‘I was predicted to be on The Circle the year before I took part,’ Natalya captioned the picture.
Did the PM really predict Natalya’s move into reality TV?
It comes after Natalya met fellow catfish Scott Paige aka Dot and came face-to-face for the first time last night.
After Scott’s profile Dot, which was based on his nan, got blocked from the Channel 4 reality series, he was able to pick one fellow contestant to go and visit before exiting the competition for good.
‘Oh my God you are absolutely stunning!’ Scott said after meeting Natalya for the first time.
Explaining her fake profile, Natalya said: ‘I’m just pretending to be an army dude.’
The third series of The Circle has had viewers hooked ever since arriving on Channel 4 last month.
The Circle continues on Channel 4 at 10pm.
