TEEN Mom fans are worried for Jenelle Evans as the reality star’s face looked different in a new photo with her children.
The mum-of-three brought kids Jace, 11, Kaiser, six, and Ensley, four, to a trampoline park alongside husband David Eason.

Jenelle posed with her kids as they all beamed smiles following their trip to the park.
She captioned the pic: “Trampoline parks are the best. 
”
However, fans were concerned as they pointed out her face looked different from before.
One person said: “What happened to your face? You ok?”

Another said: “I thought you’d had some sort of facial surgery then I realised that what I thought was a bandage was a face mask”
Jenelle was slammed by fans earlier for asking fans for medical advice about her rash despite claiming she went to “med school”.
Speaking on her TikTok, Janelle said: “On a real note, I did get something. Look at my arm. What happened? David [Eason] thinks it’s a caterpillar, I don’t know. I’ve never had this happen before. You tell me.”
However, fans were quick to mock Janelle – as she has previously claimed to have graduated from med school.

Talking about the video on Reddit, one person said: “Probably some rash from a plant or something. Or detergent.. Mothing serious but I guess with her “medical knowledge” she needs a trip to the hospital and meds.”
Another added: “She should ask one of her work colleagues. One of her fellow M.Ds, I mean.”
Teen Mom 2 fans noticed that her eldest Jace’s school friends were leaving comments on her videos after she revealed that the 11-year-old set fire to her mom Barbara’s house.
One classmate commented under a video Jenelle shared of a rash on her arm, which she asked her followers to help her diagnose.

“Hey I go to school with have [sic] you can tell him to respond to his text,” they wrote.
The MTV star said, “He’s grounded,” to which they replied: “Oh sorry, by the way I love your videos.”
Another commented saying, “You’re the coolest mom,” while a third posted: “Omg I love this lol.”
It comes after Jenelle revealed that sons Jace, 11, and Kaiser, six, both have behavioral issues.

Earlier this month, The Sun exclusively revealed that Jenelle had filed for sole custody of Jace.
North Carolina court papers showed she had asked to be granted emergency custody on January 28, 2021.
Barbara, currently has primary physical and legal custody of Jace, as Jenelle has visitation with him every other weekend, after she signed over custody of her son to her mother in June 2010.
In the custody court filing obtained by The Sun, Jenelle claimed there has been a “substantial change in circumstances affecting the welfare of the minor child” that warrants a change in the custody agreement.
She still has visitation rights to JAce[/caption]
