Cardi B has unveiled her new, retro-inspired clothing line with Reebok which the rapper hopes will make people feel good about their bodies.

The rapper looked incredible in a fierce and fun photoshoot to show off the pieces in the sportswear collection, called Summertime Fine.

In one show Cardi poses in some incredible figure-hugging purple leggings with a matching long blue and purple wig falling over one shoulder.

In another stunning shot the star wears space buns and shows off her incredible body in a super short crop top hoodie, as she holds up a white Reebok shoe.

A press release explained that the collection is inspired by 90s fashion and her favourite memories on Coney Island boardwalk in the summer.

The pieces feature ‘contouring cutlines and waist-cinching details’ and include jackets, bras and tights.

Cardi herself added that she is all about stepping out with a snatched waist.

She said: ‘I’m so proud to announce my first apparel line with Reebok. This collection gives every woman the product they need to feel sexy and confident; the waist-snatching tights and curve hugging silhouettes make every body look amazing.’

The range will be available from April 23, and we wouldn’t be surprised if this little lot gets snapped up quickly.

Although we’re used to seeing the 28-year-old being hilarious and active on social media, things might quieten down for a bit as she gets back in the studio.

She explained to XXL magazine: ‘I feel like at this point, it’s like a timeline that I created. Because last year I was like, “I gotta put out my album this year”.

‘But, then I just stopped working on my album out of nowhere because I feel like the whole Covid thing discouraged me to put out my album. Because I want to put out an album, and I want to tour.’

Cardi stated that, at the time of the interview, she had ‘a week of making sure I handle all my business, making sure everything is good, go to meetings’.

‘And then, I’m going away for a very long time to finish my album,’ she confirmed.
