It even has the community chest, chance and a jail.
The discovery was an unexpected surprise by the couple, and was shared online by their son-in-law.
Taking to Reddit, he wrote: “While tearing up their carpet, my in-laws found a giant monopoly board.”

It turns out that massive floor games were once popular decades ago,
One Reddit user wrote: “It was a style for playrooms back in the day.”
Another said: “Showed this to my wife, and she reminded me that there’s a whole neighbourhood near us, built in the mid-50s, that has game boards painted or tiled onto their basement floors.
“Seems to have been a selling point or something.”
A third commented: “I’ll never forget always wanting one of these when I was younger.”
Many people said the couple should try and keep the Monopoly board as their floor, and the son-in-law admitted he was trying to convince them.
One said: “I hope they keep it!”
The son-in-law said: “Trying to convince them to cover it in epoxy and do the rest of the flooring around it how they originally wanted.”
