Jake Paul has been accused of sexual assault by social media influencer Justine Paradise.

Paradise, 24, shared a video to YouTube on April 9 in which she alleged that Paul, also 24, forced her to perform oral sex on him in July 2019.

Paul has yet to publicly respond to the allegation.

In the 20 minute video, Paradise, who has over 520,000 followers on TikTok and 10,000 YouTube subscribers, said she had not discussed the alleged assault before as: ‘I don’t want to “ruin someone’s career” for something that they did. I feel guilty, even though I was the one who was assaulted.

‘I was too embarrassed, I was too feeling guilty even though it’s not my fault.’

She claims that she first met Paul in June 2019 after a mutual friend invited her to hang out at a ‘studio’, which turned out to be Paul’s Team 10 house in California.

Paradise alleges that she had to sign a non-disclosure agreement when she entered the house, and says that after meeting Paul, he asked her for her number.

She proceeded to text Paul and attended the Team 10 house on a number of occasions between then and July 20, when she alleges the assault occurred.

Paradise said: ‘One of those days, I was in the studio — some people were recording down there — and Jake pulled me into this little corner area in the studio and started kissing me. I was fine with that. I did think he was cute, I did want to kiss him. That was fine, that’s not the issue that concerns me.’

Paul allegedly then took her by the hand and led her to his bedroom, where they started dancing and kissing until ‘he took it to his bed,’ according to Paradise.

Paradise claimed when he put his hands in places on her she did not want, she moved them away, leading to Paul to ask, ‘If nothing’s going to happen, what’s the point?’

She said: ‘Sex is very special and very important to me. Normally, everybody respects me when I don’t want to do sexual things, so I thought that it was fine if I went in his room. I thought it would be fine to kiss him, because I thought he would stop if I didn’t want to do anything else.’

She then alleged that Paul forced her to perform oral sex on him.

The influencer said: ‘I couldn’t even tell him not to, he didn’t ask for consent or anything. He knew I didn’t want to do anything with him, because he said “if nothing’s going to happen, what’s the point?”, and then he just shoves himself in me. That’s not ok, on no level at all is that ok.’

Paradise claimed that Paul grew cold after the alleged incident, and following that he never texted her again.

She shared screenshots purportedly of her and Paul’s text conversations, and claimed that she texted him after the alleged incident asking if he wanted to hang out as she wanted to discuss how the alleged incident made her feel, but he did not write back.

Paradise said that she told their mutual friend about the alleged incident and he said he would speak to Paul about it, but Paradise did not receive an apology from the YouTuber.

Paul has not yet responded to Paradise’s allegation, although has been on social media promoting his boxing fight against Ben Askren.

The star, who is the younger brother of Logan Paul, has 20.3million subscribers on YouTube and began his professional boxing career in 2019 against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib.
