The lawyer claimed that Spriggs was assaulted in the early hours of Sunday morning at an after-hours club.

Hollis claimed that Spriggs was treated at a local hospital and is asking cops to conduct a full investigation.

Spriggs had his arm in a sling and a puffed right eye, the local outlet claimed upon meeting with him.

Hollis also claimed to the outlet that Spriggs received “16 stitches in his eye and a concussion and other severe injuries he’s suffered.”

When asked if the attack was unprovoked, the attorney told the outlet “definitely.”

Donald, 29, was named the defensive player of the year this season during his time with the Los Angeles Rams.

In a statement, the team said: “We are aware of reports regarding Aaron Donald. We are collecting more information and will have no further comment at this time.”

Donald played at the University of Pittsburgh before he was drafted by the Rams back in 2014.

The Sun contacted Donald for comment but have not yet received a response.
