‘We Represent the West Coast’- Snoop Dogg Reveals the Mount Westmore of Hiphop

HipHop star Snoop Dogg will commentate on the Triller showdown between Ben Askren and Jake Paul. The rapper has been on the broadcasting desk for these events lately, as he was also part of the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. commentary team. Fans have expressed their liking to Snoop’s unusual way of describing a fight.

Ahead of the mammoth clash, Snoop revealed he is someone who represents the west coast. The music artist also shed light on his mount Westmore of hip-hop.

In a chat with MMA Junkie, he said, “I mean my Westmore you got to think about you know this is hip hop from the beginning you got Too Short, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg and E-40 and we represent the West Coast and we make good music and we perform at a high level so we’re gonna give it to you like you know like he used to saying.

All of those hip-hop legends belong to the west coast of America. Snoop certainly has made the right choices for the mount Westmore of hip-hop, as the stars represented the genre’s golden era. Despite all of them currently in their 50s, their legend remains the same.

Snoop will look to further enhance his reputation as a color commentator in this event. Apart from Askren and Paul, former UFC champion Frank Mir will also feature in the event as he fights Steve Cunningham.

Funky‘ will look to use the opportunity to fight a YouTube star like Paul and make the most of it to better his reputation as a striker. Askren was a multi-organization world champion during his fighting days. However, striking wasn’t his go-to weapon, let alone boxing. As for ‘The Problem Child‘, it’s a question of how polished his skills actually are. Nevertheless, fans will be in for a treat, as Snoop Dogg will be present to offer the play-by-play.
