Ben Askren Dares Pete Davidson, Who Was Seen Trashing Triller’s Boxing Event, To Stop By His Locker Room

Triller Fight Club is straying away from a conventional boxing fight night by doing things differently. To begin with, a boxer who is fighting professionally for the third time in his career will headline the event in Jake Paul. He will be taking on former Olympian and two promotion welterweight MMA champion Ben Askren in an eight-round fight.

Understandably, the audience from the event will not be the most ardent fans of the sweet science. Therefore, to cater to a new set of eyeballs on the sport, Triller has added in a host of entertainers to perform before and in between fights. The likes of Justin Bieber, Ice Cube, and Snoop Dogg to name a few.

Ben Askren throws down the gauntlet for Pete Davidson

Comedian Pete Davidson is one of the many big names covering the event. In a clip shared on social media, Davidson is seen doing what he does best, comedy.

Davidson says, “Well thank you guys, always wanted to do one of those things…. You can tell how professional this event is by them having me here. We are backstage at Jake Paul’s dressing room or locker room, if you want to call it that. Today is a really wild day for boxing because it really shows you how low its truly sunk. I think today proves the fact that if you have enough followers, you can truly f***ing do whatever you want.”

The comedian continued, “Maybe PewDiePie will cure cancer, and Charli D’Amelio will become a surgeon…. Tonight we have a bout between Ben Askren who I don’t know who that is still and I have been reading up on him all week. And Uh Jake Paul, and you know they both suck but you know at least somebody is going to get hurt.”

Askren around who the card was built responded Pete Davidson saying, “I dare Pete Davidson’s little weasel a** to stop by my locker room for pre-fight interview.”

What do you make of the performances in between the fights so far? Do you like it or would you rather just see the fights? Let us know in the comments below!
