Collin Morikawa is a golfer who can play seamlessly under pressure. Morikawa turned pro in 2019, but he has already gained a massive reputation owing to his talent. The 2020 PGA Championship win is so far the biggest of his career, and the 24-year-old has already begun preparing for the title defense.
Collin Morikawa displayed a strong performance at RBC Heritage 2021. He competed for the title during the final round, but took a few stumbles and finished tied for the seventh-place upon the conclusion of the tournament. Following this, Morikawa wasted no time in getting ready for the 2021 PGA Championship.

The RBC Heritage kicked off the first of three events that will be played at South Carolina this season. This is indeed a rarity, and the 2021 PGA Championship will be the next South Carolina event on the PGA Tour.
The second major on the calendar is scheduled for May 20-23, and there’s more than a month remaining for it to commence. The major will take place at ‘The Ocean Course At Kiawah Island,’ and Collin Morikawa has already begun practicing at the venue!

It is indeed surprising at Collin Morikawa has laned at The Ocean Course this early to get a feel for the layout. He’s the defending champion and the California native would aware of the massive challenge he’ll face this year.

How Morikawa won the 2020 PGA Championship
The 2020 PGA Championship witnessed a wild ending. There were seven players who were tied for the lead heading into the final round, and it was Collin Morikawa, who had the coolest head among them all.
Morikawa shot a 6-under 64 in his final round, the lowest final-round score by a PGA champion in the last 25 years. Collin Morikawa eventually finished two strokes ahead of Paul Casey and Dustin Johnson.
Collin Moriwaka won the 2020 PGA Championship with a final score of 13-under 267. He shot 69-69-65-64 to get to the winning score and is keen on defending his title this year. Will Morikawa be successful in 2021?
