“Enjoy Moments With Those Close to Me”: Rafael Nadal on Being Made the Face of Amstel
Tennis ace Rafael Nadal has won many honors in the sport. His talent and skill set apart, his tremendous will and desire to fight till the last point remains his greatest attribute. As much success as he’s enjoyed on the courts, he does have a fair share of it off the tennis courts too.
Recently, Rafael Nadal was made the face of Amstel lifestyle products. The company specializes in brewing beer. Based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Amstel sells its product worldwide in 75 countries. It was founded in 1870 and was taken over by Heineken International.
Amstel were thrilled to announce Rafael Nadal as their ambassador
The Amstel team is naturally excited to have Rafa on board. The Spaniard’s ability to maintain a balance with his busy schedule throughout the year is what caught the company’s eye. With the help of Nadal, the company is confident of expanding its reach and voice the message of moderateness and liable utilization.
On being made the ambassador of Amstel, Rafa stated, “I am very happy to be teaming up with Amstel ULTRA® over the next few years. This past year has been challenging for all of us. There has never been a more important moment to find balance in our lives.”
The Spaniard maintains he’s always on the move and lives a busy life. However, he sets time aside for leisure and spends those moments with those close to him. Similar to him, he urges people to find the right balance for themselves, and the products of this company can help find that.
The 34-year-old further added, “Being a professional tennis player and always traveling around the world, I live an extremely active and busy life. But at the same time, I always make time to enjoy moments with those close to me when I can. I believe that everybody must be able to find the right balance that works for them. The Amstel ULTRA® and Amstel 0.0 range complement this perfectly.”
Reflecting on tennis, Nadal was recently seen at the Monte Carlo Masters 2021. Unfortunately, he did not manage to go the distance. He is currently in Barcelona, taking all the necessary measures to compete at the highest level. Later, at Roland Garros, he will look to edge past arch-rival Roger Federer and claim his 21st Grand Slam title.
