John Cena and The Undertaker Praise WWE Legend ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin

Stone Cold Steve Austin undoubtedly holds a special place in the wrestling domain. His immense fame and popularity were one of the stepping stones of WWE’s success in the Attitude Era.

However, the story of the struggle and hardship behind his success is not known to many. Therefore, A&E Network is all set to premiere his biography tonight and open up vaults that hold Austin’s untold stories.

Widely regarded as one of the most influential wrestlers of all time, Steve Austin’s journey was not an easy one. Like every successful personality, he had to undergo phases that refined him in time. Wrestling fans and fellow wrestlers have well received the news of his biography in general.

The Undertaker took to Twitter to share a clip of Austin’s documentary. The two share immense mutual respect and understanding of the journey from nothingness to the pinnacle of success.

I’ve shared the roads. The rings. And quite a few drinks with Steve Austin. It’s one thing to make it TO WWE. Another thing to make it to the top. A&E TV tonight at 8/7c,” Taker wrote.

Longtime “face” of WWE, John Cena also went on to heap praises for the veteran. He insists the biography is a must-watch for everyone, which includes wrestling fans to the ones who do not understand wrestling at all.

Tonight at 8/7c on AETV is the biography of the biggest WWE superstar in history,” Cena wrote. “The story of Steve Austin is a MUST SEE for ANYONE from the dedicated members of the WWE Universe to someone who may not understand what WWE is. I can’t wait for this.”

Stone Cold Steve Austin claimed 19 championship titles from his career spanning from 1989 to 2003. It was because of multiple knee injuries and a horrific neck injury; he had to retire from in-ring action in 2003.

The Hall of Famer is well remembered for his feud with Vince McMahon. His defiance of authority and establishment made him quite popular during the Attitude Era. Even after almost two decades after his retirement, he remains one of the most widely celebrated wrestlers of all time.

In the biography, he talks about multiple things. From his love for the squared circle to how it took a toll on his personal life at the pinnacle of success, Austin recalled it all.
