The couple met at a radio station named WLLZ-FM while Deziel was working there as part of the newsroom staff.

Sheman Deziel, 59, is a TV producer, author, and fitness instructor.

She hails from Michigan but was raised in Missouri alongside her siblings.

Deziel has developed various fitness programs and also teaches yoga, kickboxing, and spinning.

She is a three-time published author of best-selling books: Kill It & Grill It, Married To A Rock Star, and 4 Minutes A Day, Rock n Roll Your Way To Happiness.

The couple have two kids, Rocco Winchester and Chantal Nungent.

Nugent announced on April 19, 2021 that he had tested positive for coronavirus after denying the existence of the virus.


In December of 2020 the musician called the pandemic a “hoax” and “scammy,” criticizing people who wore masks to curb the spread.

During a Facebook live broadcast, Nugent mentioned his diagnosis, saying: “I have had flu symptoms for the last 10 days and I thought I was dying.

Adding: “Just a clusterf***.”
