Elliot Page has been spotted on a break from filming The Umbrella Academy season three.

The Juno actor masked up as he walked his beloved pup Mo, rocking a casual look as he enjoyed a stroll in Toronto, Canada.

Elliot also donned some sunnies, and could be seen taking a glance at his phone as he made the most of a break from filming.

The 34-year-old stars as Vanya Hargreeves in Netflix’s hit sci-fi The Umbrella Academy, which is currently filming in Toronto.

He’s returning along with castmates like Robert Sheehan (Klaus), Aidan Gallagher (Five), and Tom Hopper (Luther), for the highly-anticipated season three, which started filming in January this year.

While plot details are thin on the ground, we know from the cliffhanger ending of season two that the series will follow the Hargreeves siblings as they encounter the Sparrow Academy after causing a stir in the timeline of events.

The actors have kept tight-lipped, with Elliot just sharing a photo of his chair on set, excitedly writing in the caption: ‘Omg we’re back again’.

The star also shared that he’s been ‘smiling more’ on set after coming out as transgender last year.

He wrote at the time: ‘I feel lucky to be writing this. To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life.

‘I also ask for patience. My joy is real, but it is also fragile. The truth is, despite feeling profoundly happy right now and knowing how much privilege I carry, I am also scared. I’m scared of the invasiveness, the hate, the “jokes” and of violence.’

Elliot went on to address many of the struggles that trans people face on a daily basis, including discrimination, violence, and the lack of access to adequate health care.

‘And I love that I am queer,’ he continued. ‘And the more I hold myself close and fully embrace who I am, the more I dream, the more my heart grows and the more I thrive.’

Since, the actor has advocated for the transgender community, including sharing his upset at the ‘cruel’ wave of bills targeting the transgender community in the US.
