Max Homa Hilariously Reacts to the PGA Tour’s ‘Player Impact Program’
The PGA Tour announced sensational news recently. The tour informed that it will award a $40 million bonus prize pool to the top 10 players who stay on top of the social media game and publicize the tour. There are a lot of factors that determine the tour’s new ‘Player Impact Program,’ and it has already got Max Homa hyped!
Max Homa currently stands 41st on the Official World Golf Ranking. He’s also in the Top 25 of the current FedEx Cup standings, but these factors will not play a huge role in determining the Top 10 players of the PGA Tour’s new ‘Player Impact Program.’
Max Homa is drooling over the $40 million bonus pool
The tour’s new initiative is majorly focused on a player’s brand ranking and how he promotes the game positively. A lot of other factors also make up the criteria, which involves popularity on google search and the number of mentions a player gets across media channels.
This is solely focused on players who promote their game through social media. Max Homa had a couple of reactions to the tour’s new initiative since the bonus prize pool is a lucrative amount. The 30-year-old is one of the top tour pros who’s extremely active on Twitter, and fans thronged to his handle to witness his reactions.

Max Homa is clearly pumped up about the tour’s new initiative. While the bonus pool is staggering, it is surprising that on-course results would not play a big part in determining the Top 10. So it’s time for the players to get their social media game going strong!
