Seth Rollins Calls Roman Reigns The GOAT of WWE

Seth Rollins proved his class once again as he delivered a sweet reply to WWE on Fox. The official handle of WWE on Fox had put up a poll for WWE fans to pick out the favorite between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.

WWE created the poll between the present and the former Universal Champions to map the popularity between the two wrestlers. Rollins’s befitting reply blew away any such competition between the two.

The 34-year-old “Messiahhighlighted that the fans are blessed to have both of them in the same era. He even called Reigns and himself the greatest of all times. He said, “BE BLESSED that you exist in a MOMENT where YOU GET US BOTH! 2 Goats ARE BETTER THAN ONE!!”

Let’s take a look back at the history between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, both perform under the SmackDown brand of WWE. The history of Rollins and Reigns runs really long as they both have fought alongside and against each other.

Following FCW’s renaming as NXT, Rollins had the honor of claiming the first-ever NXT Championship. He made his main roster debut at the Survivor Series in 2012 with The Shield. Notably, the Shield comprised Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman reigns.

His first ever main roster championship came along with Roman Reigns when the duo lifted the WWE Tag Team Championship. The faction enjoyed some success over the years, winning fights and challenging heavyweight names across the years.

However, things changed drastically during 2014 when Rollins turned on Ambrose and Reigns. Tension developed between Rollins and Reigns, and the feud between the two took off. In their first match against each other, Reigns had to withdraw following an injury.

Seth Rollins won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania 31. He pinned Roman Reigns in a triple threat match against him and Brock Lesnar.

Over time, Rollins and Reigns have faced each other as rivals and fought together as a team. They have closely observed each other and are aware of each other’s capabilities. Both Reigns and Rollins hold immense respect for each other, and Rollins’s tweet is just an example of it.
