Darren Young, Gail Kim and More Speak Out on The Harassment From Former WWE Employee Mark Carrano

WWE is facing an uproar from the fans following the ill-treatment of Mickie James. WWE recently released the veteran wrestler, shocking the world. Another former WWE talent, Darren Young has come forward and recalled the harassment he faced from Mark Carrano.

Following James’s release, a WWE employee sent her belongings in a trash bag. James, a multi-time Women’s Champion sarcastically thanked WWE for her “WWE care package.”

After this, various WWE superstars and fans called out WWE. Fellow WWE veteran and WWE Executive Officer, Triple H revealed the employee has been fired. His wife and Chief Branding Officer, Stephanie McMahon too apologized for the uncomfortable situation.

Darren Young and other wrestlers weigh in on the situation with Mark Carrano

As Wrestling Inc reports, the employee was none other than Senior Director of Talent Relations, Mark Carrano. However, with Darren Young’s testament, it seems the disrespect has been running wild in WWE’s veins for quite some time now.

Young, who now goes by Fred Rosser, revealed how Carrano used to “constantly harass” him prior to his release. He wrote, “I was constantly harassed by him about losing my job and I just stayed quiet.” WWE released Rosser back in 2017. Since then, he has appeared in indie promotions, including NWA and NJPW.

Former WWE and current ROH performer, Maria Kanellis-Benett, revealed she also received a trash bag in the mail, following her release in 2020.

When Maria got the news, she said, “Was the person also fired from 2010? This is not the fault of that one individual. It is a company wide cultural problem. It comes from the top.”

Former Women’s Champion and Impact producer, Gail Kim confirmed the trash bag has been a common practice in WWE. She lauded Triple H for firing Carrano. Fellow Veteran Jillian Hall also revealed she received a trash bag, but it was a female employee who sent it to her.

“I know the WWE trolls are going to come for me, but Mark was not a good human being,” Kim said. “I don’t think he should necessarily get blamed for this incident, but I hope this karma makes him realize and wake up. Be a nice human and maybe things will change for you.”

The situation is truly disappointing for the fans. This long withstanding practice of sending trash bags is utterly humiliating and disrespectful. Hopefully, this would be the last of it.
