Triple H Fires Employee Following Disrespect to Mickie James, Stephanie McMahon Apologises
WWE Executive Vice President Triple H had to come forth and clear up the recent mess created by WWE. Former WWE Women’s Champion Mickey James was one of the few released by WWE a few days ago. However, a few days after the release, she had to receive her belongings wrapped in a trash bag.
The multi-million dollar company, whose estimated net worth rounds up to a staggering $5.71 billion as per 2020 reports, seems to make money out of saving every penny. Mickie did not shut down after WWE’s callous attitude.
She took to Twitter to express her disappointment with WWE. The former Divas champion tagged CEO Vince McMahon and sarcastically thanked them for the “care package” that has been sent to her.
The 41-year-old from Richmond wrote, “Dear Vince McMahon, I’m not sure if you’re aware, I did receive my WWE care package today. Thank you. #AlwaysBlessedandGrateful #WomensWrestlingMatters.” She uploaded a video of the situation as well.

Triple H acted accordingly and intervened in the matter. The founder and executive producer of NXT took things seriously and issued a statement for the course of action to follow.
“Upon learning of the disrespectful treatment some of our recently released talent received on behalf of the company, we took immediate action. The person responsible for this inconsiderate action has been fired and is no longer with WWE,” ‘The Game‘ informed WWE Universe.

Stephanie McMahon and CM Punk Reacted to the situation
Stephanie McMahon, the Chief Brand Officer of WWE, supported her husband’s statement. She also retweeted Mickey’s tweet and personally apologized to the wrestler on behalf of the wrestling organization.
She went on to vouch that the person responsible has been fired and is no longer a part of the company. “Mickey James, I am embarrassed you or anyone else would be treated this way. I apologize personally and on behalf of WWE. The person responsible is no longer with our company.”

It is great to see WWE taking matters like these into serious consideration. A legend like Mickie James does not deserve the treatment whether or not she is with the company.
