One of tennis’s greatest assets, Roger Federer, has been a crowd favorite for more than a decade. He has won hearts the world over with his artistic display of flawless tennis. The manner in which he conducts himself, both on the court and off it, is what separates him from the rest of the players on Tour.
Recently, Roger Federer was praised by former seven-time MotoGP World Champion Valentino Rossi. The Italian rider in in awe of the Swiss superstar for the manner in which he conducts himself. Roger’s attitude is one of the prime reasons Rossi seeks inspiration from the twenty-time Grand Slam champion.
Valentino spoke highly of Federer and stated, “My number one inspiration is Roger Federer. I adore his game and the way he carries himself. Federer continues to compete even at this age and will cheer for him to win that Wimbledon crown again. There are others such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Tom Brady who inspire me as well, but Federer is the one who tops the list.”

Rossi did reveal that he would be rooting for Federer at Wimbledon this year and wants him to be crowned champion at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. Besides the Swiss athlete, Rossi is inspired by football great Zlatan Ibrahimovic and five-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady.
Valentino Rossi is one of the greatest racers of all time. He is the only racer to have competed in over 400 Grand Prix. The Italian rider owns the Sky Racing Team VR46 team, which races in the Moto 2 and Moto 3 categories.
After being on the sidelines for more than a year, Federer returned to Tour at the ATP Doha Open 2021. Prior to that, he was last seen competing at the Australian Open 2020. He now looks forward to featuring in the ATP event in his home country in Geneva. It is conducted on the clay courts and will be a good warm-up even as the French Open is around the corner.
