After the successful completion of the Monte Carlo Masters 2021, it’s time for the Mutua Madrid Open 2021. The Masters 1000 tournament will begin on April 30, 2021, and will extend till May 9, 2021. From the WTA side, Naomi Osaka and Ashleigh Barty will be the big names that will be competing at the event.

The WTA’s draw for the Mutua Madrid Open 2021 is out and fans will witness some exciting clashes right from the start. World No.1 Ashleigh Barty will start as the top-seeded player. She recently won the Stuttgart Open 2021 and is definitely enjoying some great form at the moment.

Naomi Osaka, Simona Halep, and Elina Svitolina will begin as the second, third, and fourth seed respectively at the Madrid Open.

By looking at the draw, one can also predict the potential quarter-finals at the Madrid Open 2021. Fans will be exhilarated as the World No.2 Osaka might face Karolina Pliskova in the quarters. If she manages to win, she’ll face Simona Halep in the semis of the tournament. On the other hand, Barty will draw against the defending champion Bertens if both manage to reach the quarters.
