Inside Line of Duty star Tara Divina’s luxury London flat as she becomes a homeowner after breakout role in cop drama
LINE of Duty star Tara Divina has given an insight into her luxury London flat after becoming a homeowner for the first time.
The actress – who played PC Lisa Patel in latest series – recently bought a property with her boyfriend Jonathan.
Let’s take a look inside…[/caption]
Many Line of Duty fans will recognise Tara as the police officer who was drowned by bent copper PC Ryan Pilkington in episode three.
Although her character’s life was very short lived in the show, she’s certainly making up for it as she’s living her best life in the capital.
Earlier this month she revealed on Instagram that she had bought a new pad with her boyfriend-of-three-years Jonathan.
Marking the happy occasion with a snap of them standing in front of their balcony doors, she captioned the post: “Homeowners?!!! .”
Tara starred as PC Lisa Patel in the third episode of series six[/caption]
The final episode of series six is due to hit our screens this Sunday[/caption]
Their pals flocked to the comments section to congratulate them on their move.
One wrote: “SOOOO excited Congratulations .”
Another said: “Congratulationsssssss gorgeousss!! .”
A third added: “congratulations gorgeous ones!!!!!! So so well deserved.”
Their balcony has outdoor seating to entertain guests[/caption]
Tara and Jonathan have been dating three years[/caption]
The ultra modern flat follows a simple yet stylish vibe in the open living space.
It boasts sleek black floorboards, white walls and a cream sofa placed opposite their huge flat screen TV.
The pair have given the space their own personal touch with paintings hung up on the wall, trinkets placed on the shelves and a gorgeous pot plant on their coffee table.
They’ve wasted no time entertaining guests on their balcony since lockdown restrictions were lifted earlier this month.
The actress has been to a number of amazing destinations over the years[/caption]
In another snap posted on her Instagram, Tara looked happier than ever posing for a snap with her pal whilst enjoying a glass of prosecco in the sunshine.
When Tara’s not chilling at home, she’s enjoys playing tourist around her own city, as well as other places around the world too.
A number of amazing pics on her account show that she’s travelled to places like Portugal, Spain, Croatia and Bali.
Although Tara shot to fame two years ago in Bruce Springsteen’s film Blinded by the Light, her most recent role in the popular crime drama is what she’s most well-known for.
Tara loves to share glam snaps of herself on social media[/caption]
Her alter-ego and bent copper PC Pilkington were in charge of transporting Terry Boyle from Hillside Lane police station to his safe house.
Halfway to their destination Pilkington advised her to take a different route – and little did she know it was because he was instructed to kill Boyle because he knew too much about the OCG.
Completely unaware of his evil plan, Patel followed instructions and was left fighting for her life when he grabbed the wheel and drove the car into a lake, trying to kill both of them.
Patel and Boyle managed to escape the car, but as soon as Tara’s character got her head above the water Pilkington brutally drowned her.
The actress is due to star in the second series of Back To Life[/caption]
The wicked officer tried to do the same to Boyle, but DI Fleming managed to get to the scene in time before he got his evil way.
Since her stint in Line of Duty, Tara has been working on Laura Solon and Daisy Haggard’s dark comedy-drama Back To Life.
The BBC Three programme first premiered in April 2019 and was renewed for a second series the same year.
Tara shared a behind-the-scenes dressing room snap on Instagram earlier this month.
