Peter Andre and Katie Price’s son Junior reveals he has coronavirus
Junior Andre has revealed he has tested positive for coronavirus, sharing the news on his Instagram account.
The 15-year-old, who is the son of Peter Andre, 48, and Katie Price, 42, took to Instagram to share the news with his followers, writing: ‘I have tested positive for Covid’ along with wailing and huffing emojis.
Junior did not give any more details but it is not the first time he has had to self-isolate throughout the pandemic.
In November, Peter revealed that Junior was having to isolate for two weeks after a classmate of his had tested positive for coronavirus.
Dad Peter said at the time: ‘Junior is having to self-isolate at the moment because a couple of people in his school year tested positive for coronavirus.’
Both Peter and his wife Emily, 31, who is an NHS doctor, have previously had coronavirus, with Peter revealing that he had been confined to bed for several days.
Mum Katie recently shared a video of her and son Harvey, 18, visiting her mother Amy, who has a terminal lung condition.
She was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2017, which means the lungs get increasingly scarred making breathing more difficult.
Amy has had to shield throughout the pandemic as catching coronavirus would be extremely serious for her, so the pair were seen collecting Christmas presents in her garden in April after lockdown restrictions were eased.
Harvey was seen getting upset in the video, which Katie shared to her YouTube channel, saying he ‘hated’ the pandemic meaning he could not see his nan inside her house.
He and Katie have both had the coronavirus vaccine, with the former glamour model admitting she was scared of needles, but it was over quickly and painlessly.
She told her followers: ‘Finally had my 1st Covid and I hate needles but it actually was over before I could start playing up.’
