“Very Much Employed” – Mickie James Reveals Shocking Details on The “Person Responsible” For The Trash Bag Incident

The recent WWE controversy is still fresh in everyone’s mind. The company faced immense backlash following the ill-treatment of veteran Mickie James post-release.

Mickie James received her belongings mere days following her shocking release. However, things escalated in the wrong direction as Mickie revealed she received her things in a trash bag! Terming the trash bag as a ‘care package’, James sarcastically thanked her previous employer.

This sparked outrage in social media as fans and wrestlers demanded justice and respect for the multi-time women’s champion. WWE officials and former WWE performers Triple H and Stephanie McMahon both apologized to James and revealed the person responsible for this shameful behavior was fired.

Many reports stated that the person was none other than WWE’s Senior Director of Talent Relations, Mark Carrano. Former WWE superstars like Maria Kanellis, Gail Kim, and Jillian Hall revealed they got the same ‘trash treatment’ from Carrano following their release.

However, James gave an interesting update on the situation. She claimed that “the person who is responsible “was still with WWE despite Triple H’s claims of his firing.

Mickie said on her podcast, “The fans were way more offended than I was. The person who is responsible for me feeling like shit and trying to devalue me or sabotage me or make me feel less than is still very much employed.” James did not name anyone, which makes the scenario even more mysterious.

Mickie James gave her honest opinion on Mark Carrano

The veteran also spoke out about Carrano. She said sending trash bags was a ‘practice’ and she got the same treatment a decade ago during her first release from WWE.

Although James sympathizes with Carrano, she is not sorry. “I empathize with Mark and feel bad he’s taking the full brunt, it sucks, but I guarantee his pension package is more than what I got paid in my last run. So, I don’t feel that bad. “

All James wanted was to be respected, but she did not receive that. Hence, she thought it was imperative to let Vince McMahon know about the incident. McMahon called Mickie and apologized for such treatment as well.

 “I tagged Vince because he needs to know. There’s a lot of stuff that happens under his nose that he is oblivious to because he’s running a multi-billion dollar company. The small-minded mentality sometimes leads to thoughtless behavior.”

James currently has a non-compete clause for 90 days, which expires in July. There were chances of her being a trainer/mentor at the WWE Performance Center, but after the Trash Bag incident, the chances are slim to none.
